鱼茸福袋扣六头南非鲍
材料
石斑鱼80克
日本原味豆卜½个
南非六头鲍鱼1个
豆苗80克
鸡汤50克
调味料
鸡精粉½小匙
盐和糖少许
生粉½小匙
做法
- 把鱼肉用搅拌机搅打成茸。
- 把鱼茸瓤进豆卜内,上面放上南非大头鲍鱼,一起蒸15分钟。
- 把豆苗清炒至熟软后盛盘,在上面摆上蒸好的豆卜和鲍鱼。
- 加热鸡汤,加入调味料搅拌均匀至浓稠,浇在豆卜上即可。
Minced Grouper and South African Abalone in Beancurd Puff
Ingredients
80g grouper
½ Japanese beancurd puff
1 South African abalone
80g bean sprout
50g chicken stock
Seasoning
½ tsp chicken powder
dash of salt and sugar
½ starch
Method
- Blend grouper finely in blender.
- Stuff beancurd puff with blended grouper. Top with abalone. Steam for 15mins.
- Stir-fry bean sprout until soft and plating. Place cooked stuffed beancurd puff and abalone.
- Heat up chicken stock. Add in Seasoning and stir well until thickened. Pour gravy over beancurd puff and serve.
