材料
全麦面包8片
生菜100克
熟鳄梨果1粒,去皮切片
灯笼椒1粒
夏南瓜1条,切片
植物牛油50克
橄榄油适量
黑胡椒粉少许
混合香料少许
日式烤芝麻酱适量

做法

  1. 把灯笼椒用厨房喷枪烤至外皮焦黑,去除外皮和籽,切片待用。
  2. 把夏南瓜、橄榄油、黑胡椒粉和混合香料一起搅拌均匀,用中火煎香。
  3. 把灯笼椒、煎好的夏南瓜、生菜和日式烤芝麻酱搅拌均匀。
  4. 把全麦面包烤至香脆,涂上植物牛油,放上拌好的蔬菜和鳄梨果即可。

Vegetarian Sandwich

Ingredients
8 slices wholemeal bread
100g lettuce
1 ripe avocado, peel and cut into slices
1 capsicum
1 zucchini, sliced
50g margarine
some olive oil
dash of black pepper
dash of mixed dried spices
some Japanese sesame sauce

Method

  1. Use kitchen torch to toast capsicum until skin is burned. Remove skin and seeds. Cut into slice and set aside.
  2. Mix zucchini, olive oil, black pepper and mixed dried spices. Stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Mix capsicum, cooked zucchini, lettuce and Japanese sesame sauce.
  4. Toast wholemeal bread until crispy. Spread margarine on one side and insert in between 2 bread slices mixed vegetales and avocado slices.
