材料
面包8片
火腿250克,切片
布里干酪150克
芝士酱
牛油30克
面粉30克
鲜奶500毫升
格鲁耶尔奶酪250克

做法

  1. 准备芝士酱:热锅,融化牛油,加入面粉搅拌均匀。加入鲜奶,用小火煮5分钟,加入格鲁耶尔奶酪搅拌均匀。
  2. 准备面包:把少许牛油均匀涂在每片面包上,翻面,把芝士酱涂在另一面。
  3. 在其中4片上放上适量布里干酪和火腿,把另外4片分别叠在上面。
  4. 用中火把面包的两面香煎至金黄香脆即可。

Crispy Ham&Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
8 bread slices
250g ham, sliced
150g brie
Cheese Sauce
30g butter
30g flour
500ml fresh milk
250g gruyere

Method

  1. Prepare cheese sauce: Heat up a pan. Melt butter and add in flour to mix well. Add in fresh milk. Cook over low heat for 5mins. Add in brie and mix well.
  2. Prepare bread: Spread some butter on one side of each bread slices. Turn over and spread cheese sauce on another side.
  3. Place some brie and ham on top of 4 bread slices. Top with remaining 4 slices.
  4. Pan-fry both sides in a large skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy.
