法式苹果蜜糖三明治
2人份

材料
葡萄干面包4片
青苹果2粒,切片
鸡蛋1-2粒,打散
蔗糖少许
香草冰淇淋2球
蜜糖芝士酱
马斯卡彭芝士100克
蜜糖2小匙

 

做法

  1. 准备蜜糖芝士酱:把马斯卡彭芝士和蜜糖一起用打蛋器搅打均匀。
  2. 把蜜糖芝士酱涂在每片葡萄干面包上,在其中2片铺上一层青苹果,把另外两片分别盖在上面。
  3. 把三明治两面浸入打散的鸡蛋,稍微按压吸收。撒上蔗糖,用中火煎至金黄色。
  4. 搭配香草冰淇淋享用。

 

French Smith Honey Toast
serves 2

Ingredients
4 raisin bread slices
2 green apple, sliced
1-2 eggs, beat
some palm sugar
2 scoops vanilla ice cream balls

Honey Cheese Sauce
100g mascarpone cheese
2 tsp honey

Method

  1. Prepapre honey cheese sauce: Whisk mascarpone cheese and honey together.
  2. Spread honey cheese sauce on each bread slice. Layer some green apple slices in between 2 bread slices.
  3. Soak both sides of sandwich in beaten egg. Slighly press for a better absorption. Sprinkle palm sugar and pan-fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
