虫草花鸡炖汤
1-2人份

材料(洗净)
干虫草花15克(浸软)
红枣6粒
枸杞10粒
淮山5片
去骨鸡腿肉150克(切块)

调味料
盐5克
鸡精粉10克

做法

  1. 把去骨鸡腿肉汆烫后洗净沥干。
  2. 把所有材料放进砂煲中,加入适量清水盖过材料,加入调味料,中火炖煮2小时即可。

小贴士:可使用家用电子砂煲炖煮3小时。

 

Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup
serves 1-2

Ingredients (rinsed)
15g dried cordyceps flower (soaked)
6 red dates
10 wolfberries
5 slices Chinese yam
150g boneless chicken thigh (cut into chunks)

Seasoning
5g salt
10g chicken powder

Method

  1. Blanch boneless chicken thigh and rinse well. Drain.
  2. Place all Ingredients in a claypot. Add enough water to cover Ingredients. Add in Seasoning and cook over medium heat for 2 hrs.

Tips: If you have an electric claypot at home, you can use it to cook 3hrs for alternative.
