虫草花鸡炖汤
1-2人份
材料(洗净)
干虫草花15克(浸软)
红枣6粒
枸杞10粒
淮山5片
去骨鸡腿肉150克(切块)
调味料
盐5克
鸡精粉10克
做法
- 把去骨鸡腿肉汆烫后洗净沥干。
- 把所有材料放进砂煲中,加入适量清水盖过材料,加入调味料,中火炖煮2小时即可。
小贴士:可使用家用电子砂煲炖煮3小时。
Cordyceps Flower Chicken Soup
serves 1-2
Ingredients (rinsed)
15g dried cordyceps flower (soaked)
6 red dates
10 wolfberries
5 slices Chinese yam
150g boneless chicken thigh (cut into chunks)
Seasoning
5g salt
10g chicken powder
Method
- Blanch boneless chicken thigh and rinse well. Drain.
- Place all Ingredients in a claypot. Add enough water to cover Ingredients. Add in Seasoning and cook over medium heat for 2 hrs.
Tips: If you have an electric claypot at home, you can use it to cook 3hrs for alternative.
