素炒三丁

材料
淮山100克,切丁
金瓜100克,切丁
鸡腿菇100克,切丁
生粉适量
罗勒5克
指天椒少许,切碎
调味料
金兰膏50克
金兰酱油50克
日本醋15克
糖25克
水100克

做法

  1. 把淮山、金瓜和鸡腿菇丁均匀粘上少许生粉,炸至金黄色待用。
  2. 把调味料混合均匀,小火煮滚。
  3. 把调味料倒入炒锅, 加入炸好的淮山、金瓜和鸡腿菇丁翻炒均匀。
  4. 加入罗勒和指天椒碎炒香,加入生粉勾芡即可。

 

Stir-fried Spicy Trio

Ingredients
100g Chines yam, diced
100g pumpkin, diced
100g shaggy mane, diced
some starch
5g basil
some chilli padi, minced
Seasoning
50g glutinous rice soy sauce paste
50g spicy soy sauce
15g Japanese vinegar
25g sugar
100g water

 

Method

  1. Coat diced Chinese yam, pumpkin and shaggy mane with a little starch. Deep-fry until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Mix Seasoning evenly. Bring to a boil over low heat.
  3. Transfer mixed Seasoning into a wok. Add in fried Chinese yam, pumpkin and shaggy mane. Toss evenly.
  4. Add in basil and chilli padi to stir-fry until fragrant. Add in some starch to thicken the gravy and serve hot.
