火腿焗蛋布丁
4人份

材料A
鸡蛋6粒(打散)、鲜奶油300毫升
牛奶300毫升、盐和黑胡椒碎少许

材料B
火腿200克(切丁)
洋葱50克(切碎)
豪达芝士100克
烤面包片适量

做法

  1. 把材料A混合均匀待用。
  2. 加热少许清油,把洋葱和火腿炒香,加入豪达芝士和混合好的材料A,放进烤箱,用160°C烤15-20分钟至凝固。
  3. 搭配烤面包片享用。

 

Bake Ham and Egg Pudding
serves 4

Ingredients A
6 eggs (beat)
300ml fresh cream
300ml milk
dash of salt and grounded black pepper

Ingredients B
200g ham (diced)
50g onion (minced)
100g gouda cheese
some baked bread slices

 

Method

  1. Combine Ingredients A and mix well.
  2. Heat up some oil. Stir-fry onion and ham till fragrant. Add in gouda cheese and mixed Ingredients A. Bake in oven at 160°C for 15-20mins till firm.
  3. Serve with baked bread slices.
