青蔬炒蛋
Green eggs
材料
½小匙 Bioglan椰子油
1杯(40克)嫩菠菜丝
1根青葱,取葱白切薄片
2个放养鸡蛋,轻轻打散
1小匙 Bioglan羽衣甘蓝粉
½小匙 Bioglan螺旋藻粉
1大匙细碎的新鲜莳萝
1大匙细碎的新鲜罗勒叶
少许天然海盐
配料
¼个牛油果
新鲜罗勒叶
磨碎的新鲜黑胡椒
不含:麸质、坚果
做法
- 中火加热平底锅,融化锅内的椰子油,加入嫩菠菜丝和青葱翻炒约2分钟后盛出。
- 把鸡蛋、芥兰粉、螺旋藻粉、莳萝、罗勒叶和天然海盐搅打均匀。
- 把混合好的蛋液倒进平底锅,均匀摊开,煎2-3分钟后翻面继续煎熟。在蛋饼中心放上炒好的嫩菠菜丝和青葱,然后用蛋饼包好。
- 在蛋饼上撒上适量牛油果、罗勒叶和黑胡椒。可搭配健康的奶昔享用。
Ingredients
½ teaspoon Bioglan Coconut Oil
1 cup (40g) shredded English or baby spinach leaves
1 spring onion, white part only, thinly sliced
2 free-range eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Bioglan Kale Powder
½ teaspoon Bioglan Spirulina Powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil leaves
pinch of celtic salt
To serve:
¼ avocado
small fresh basil leaves
freshly ground black pepper
free from : gluten, nuts
Method
- Warm a frying pan over medium heat and melt coconut oil. Add spinach and spring onion, and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Whisk together eggs, kale powder, spirulina powder, dill, basil and salt.
- Pour egg mixture into pan, spreading so the egg cooks evenly. Cook for 2–3 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further minute. Spoon the spinach and spring onion into the middle of the egg and fold over.
- Top eggs with a good dollop of avocado, basil leaves and black pepper. Serve with Activated Seed & Vegetable Bread and Green Smoothie.
