材料
½小匙 Bioglan椰子油
1杯(40克)嫩菠菜丝
1根青葱,取葱白切薄片
2个放养鸡蛋,轻轻打散
1小匙 Bioglan羽衣甘蓝粉
½小匙 Bioglan螺旋藻粉
1大匙细碎的新鲜莳萝
1大匙细碎的新鲜罗勒叶
少许天然海盐

配料
¼个牛油果
新鲜罗勒叶
磨碎的新鲜黑胡椒

不含:麸质、坚果

做法

  1. 中火加热平底锅,融化锅内的椰子油,加入嫩菠菜丝和青葱翻炒约2分钟后盛出。
  2. 把鸡蛋、芥兰粉、螺旋藻粉、莳萝、罗勒叶和天然海盐搅打均匀。
  3. 把混合好的蛋液倒进平底锅,均匀摊开,煎2-3分钟后翻面继续煎熟。在蛋饼中心放上炒好的嫩菠菜丝和青葱,然后用蛋饼包好。
  4. 在蛋饼上撒上适量牛油果、罗勒叶和黑胡椒。可搭配健康的奶昔享用。

 

Ingredients
½ teaspoon Bioglan Coconut Oil
1 cup (40g) shredded English or baby spinach leaves
1 spring onion, white part only, thinly sliced
2 free-range eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Bioglan Kale Powder
½ teaspoon Bioglan Spirulina Powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil leaves
pinch of celtic salt

To serve:
¼ avocado
small fresh basil leaves
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Warm a frying pan over medium heat and melt coconut oil. Add spinach and spring onion, and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Remove from pan.
  2. Whisk together eggs, kale powder, spirulina powder, dill, basil and salt.
  3. Pour egg mixture into pan, spreading so the egg cooks evenly. Cook for 2–3 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further minute. Spoon the spinach and spring onion into the middle of the egg and fold over.
  4. Top eggs with a good dollop of avocado, basil leaves and black pepper. Serve with Activated Seed & Vegetable Bread and Green Smoothie.
