蔓越莓食谱
蔓越莓玛芬蛋糕
可做12个
材料A
鸡蛋1个、牛奶1杯、清油½杯
材料B
面粉2杯、糖½杯、泡打粉2大匙、盐1小匙
材料C
½杯蔓越莓干、½杯新鲜蓝莓、糖2小匙
做法
- 预热烤箱至400°F(约204°C)。把玛芬烤盘涂上油待用。
- 混合材料A,搅打均匀。
- 慢慢拌入材料B成面糊。
- 轻轻拌入蓝莓和蔓越莓干。
- 把玛芬烤盘上的每个杯子盛满2/3面糊,撒上糖。
- 烘烤20-25分钟至金黄色即可。
Cranberry Muffins
makes 12 muffins
Ingredients A
1 egg, 1 cup milk, ½ cup oil
Ingredients B
2 cups flour, ½ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt
Ingredients C
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup fresh blueberries,2 tsp sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F(about 204°C). Grease muffin tins.
- Combine ingredents A in a mixing bowl and beat evenly.
- Fold in Ingredients B to form batter.
- Gently stir in blueberries and dried cranberries.
- Fill muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Sprinkle sugar over batter.
- Bake for 20-25mins until golden brown.
