蜜瓜冷汤配牛油果和莓果

材料A
蜜瓜1个(去皮切块)
冰块2杯
新鲜覆盆子1杯

材料B
白龙珠果2个(切半)
熟牛油果4个(切半)
醋栗4个
蓝莓1杯
黑莓1杯
切半的草莓1杯

做法

  1. 把材料A搅打成泥,放进冰箱冷藏。
  2. 把部分龙珠果果肉取出,做成杯状,放在汤盘中。
  3. 用挖球器挖出熟牛油果,把牛油果球和剩余材料放进龙珠果杯中。
  4. 取出蜜瓜汤,搅拌均匀,倒在汤盘中即可。

Chilled Melon Soup with Avocado and Assorted Berries
serves 4

Ingredients A
1 rock melon (peeled and cubed)
2cup ice cubes
1cup fresh raspberries

Ingredients B
2 white dragon-fruit (halved)
4 ripe avocado (halved)
4 gooseberries
1cup blueberries
1cup blackberries
1cup halved strawberries

Method

  1. Blend Ingredients A together in a blender to a fine puree soup. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Scoop some pulp out of dragon-fruit to make a cup. Place on a soup plate.
  3. Use a melon ball cutter scoop avocado into balls. Place avocado balls and berries in dragon-fruit.
  4. Stir chilled melon soup and pour it into the soup plate. Serve.
