半生熟蛋配火腿芦笋

材料
青芦笋10根
帕尔玛火腿5片
大型散养鸡蛋4个
黑麦面包3片
牛油适量

做法
1 预热烤箱至风扇模式下的180°C。
2 把青芦笋排列在铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上,淋上1大匙橄榄油,用盐和胡椒调味。
3 把每根青芦笋用半片帕尔玛火腿包裹好,放回烤盘上,放进烤箱上层烤10分钟。
4 把散养鸡蛋用滚水煮5分钟后取出,放进冷水稍微降温。
5 把黑麦面包烤香后涂上厚厚一层牛油,然后切成条形。
6 把鸡蛋用蛋杯装好,放在盘子上。从烤箱中取出火腿青芦笋,搭配鸡蛋和涂好牛油的面包一起盛盘,蘸着鸡蛋吃即可。

Dippy Eggs and Asparagus Soldiers

Ingredients
10 asparagus
5 slices parma ham
4 large free-range eggs
3 slices wheat and rye bread
butter as needed

Method
1 Preheat oven to 180°C fan.
2 Lay asparagus onto a lined tray and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Wrap each spear of asparagus with half a slice of parma ham and place back on to the oven tray. Pop the tray into the oven for 10mins on a high shelf.
4 Meanwhile lower free-range eggs into boiling water for 5mins. Remove and place them into a bowl of water to cool slightly.
5 Toast wheat and rye bread and spread liberally with butter, then cut into soldiers.
6 Pop eggs into egg cups and put each on a plate. Remove asparagus from the oven and place alongside eggs with buttered toast for dunking.
