鲜蔬烤豆腐鹰嘴豆泥卷饼

材料
中东混合香料2小匙
全麦饼皮1张、有机豆腐½杯
有机嫩菠菜1杯
有机青瓜½个(切条)
牛油果½个(切成3”x½”薄片)
芝麻生姜鹰嘴豆泥
有机蒜头1瓣(切碎)
有机姜茸1小匙
有机味噌酱油1小匙
有机麻油1小匙、有机柠檬汁1大匙
有机鹰嘴豆泥½杯

做法

  1. 准备芝麻生姜鹰嘴豆泥:把材料用搅拌机搅打均匀。
  2. 把豆腐煎香。
  3. 在饼皮上均匀撒满中东混合香料,然后放上煎豆腐、菠菜、青瓜和牛油果,撒上2大匙芝麻生姜鹰嘴豆泥后卷好即可。

 

Grilled Tofu and Greens on Sesame Ginger Hummus Wrap
serves 1

Ingredients
2tsp za’atar, 1 grain wrap
½ cup organic tofu
1 cup organic baby spinach
½ organic cucumber (julienned)
½ avocado (sliced into 3” x ½” thick)

Sesame Ginger Hummus
1 clove organic garlic (minced)
1 tsp grated organic ginger
1 tsp organic tamari sauce
1 tsp organic toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh organic lemon juice
½ cup organic hummus

Method

  1. Prepare sesame ginger hummus: Combine all ingredients and blend in food processor.
  2. Grill organic tofu till fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle za’atar onto grain wrap. Place tofu, spinach, cucumber and avocado on top. Drizzle with 2 tbsp hummus. Wrap and serve.
