烤葡萄意大利土司

材料

无籽红葡萄300克
橄榄油2大匙
意大利香醋1大匙
黑胡椒¼小匙
盐¼小匙
新鲜百里香叶¼小匙
羊奶酪150克
全麦面包6片
核桃15克,切碎

做法

1 把葡萄取下,放在烤盘上,撒上橄榄油和意大利香醋,用黑胡椒、盐和百里香调味,放进预热至200°C的烤箱中烤20分钟至葡萄开始起小泡。
2 把面包片放进烤面包机,烤至金黄色或想要的焦脆程度。
3 把羊奶酪切成约0.5公斤的片状,均匀铺在烤好的面包片上,把葡萄铺在奶酪上,撒上切碎的核桃即可。

Winter Crostini with Roasted Grapes

Ingredients

300g red grapes, seedless
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh thyme leaves
150g goat’s cheese
6 slices wheat bread
15g walnuts, chopped

Method

1 Take grapes off the stems and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, season with pepper, salt and thyme. Roast for 20mins in a 200°C preheated oven until grapes begin to blister.
2 Insert bread slices into the toaster, select the desired level of browness and toast well.
3 Slice goats cheese in slices of approximately 0.5cm thick. Divide over the slices of toasted bread. Scoop grapes over cheese and top with some chopped walnuts.
