电饭煲包菜饭

材料

米饭2杯,洗净沥干
猪柳400克,切薄片
菜籽油1大匙
腊肠2条
包菜1个,切薄片
干香菇6朵,热水浸软20分钟
蒜头3瓣,切碎
干虾米40克,热水浸软20分钟
清水2杯

腌味料

酱青½小匙
生粉½小匙
蚝油1小匙
绍兴酒1小匙
麻油½小匙
白胡椒¼小匙,磨碎

调味料

鸡精粉1小匙
酱青2小匙
酱油1大匙
白胡椒½小匙(可选),磨碎

做法

1 把香菇切片。用腌味料把猪肉腌味待用。
2 把蒜头碎用热油炒香30秒,加入虾米和香菇,翻炒2分钟。
3 加入猪肉煮至颜色变浅,加入调味料,搅拌至混合均匀。
4 放入电饭锅中,加水,把腊肠铺在米饭上,加入包菜。
5 不要搅拌,开启电饭锅煮饭功能,完成后把包菜稍微提起,检查米饭是否煮熟。
6 如果米不够软,再加一点水继续煮,煮熟后搅拌均匀即可享用。

Rice Cooker Cabbage Rice

Ingredients

2 cups rice, wash and drain
400g pork fillet, slice thinly
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 Chinese sausage
1 cabbage, thinly sliced
6 dried shitake mushrooms, soaked in hot water for 20mins
3 cloves garlic, minced
40g dried prawns, soaked in hot water for 20mins
2 cups water

Marinade

½ tsp light soy sauce
½ tsp corn starch
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
½ tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp white pepper, grounded

Seasoning

1 tsp chicken powder
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp white pepper (optional), grounded

Methods

1 Slice shitake mushrooms. Steep pork with Marinade. Set aside.
2 Cook garlic in hot oil for 30s. Add dried prawns and shitake mushrooms and stir fry for 2mins.
3 Add pork and cook until it is pale. Add Seasonings and stir until well mixed.
4 Transfer into a rice cooker. Add water and sprinkle Chinese sausage on top of rice. Add cabbage.
5 Do not stir and start to cook in the rice cooker. When it’s done, gently lift cabbage to check if rice has cooked through.
6 Add a little more water if rice is not soft and continue cooking. Once rice is cooked, stir to mix well.
