鱼食谱
虎牌啤酒
炸鱼薯条
材料
自发粉100克
泡打粉¼小匙
虎牌啤酒½罐
盐¼小匙
黑胡椒¼小匙
太平洋鲈鱼柳200克
薯条150克
什锦生菜适量
塔塔酱1大匙
做法
- 混合自发粉、泡打粉和啤酒,搅拌均匀成面糊。
- 加入盐和胡椒,搅拌均匀。
- 把鱼柳裹上厚厚一层面糊。
- 在165°C的热油中炸至金黄色。
- 缀以什锦生菜,搭配塔塔酱食用即可。
Tiger Fish & Fries
Ingredients
100g self-rising flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ can tiger beer
¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper
200g pacific seabass fillets
150g straight cut fries
some mesclun
1 tbsp tartar sauce
Method
- Combine self-rising flour, baking powder and beer together in a mixing bowl. Mix well to batter.
- Add in salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Generously coat seabass fillets with batter.
- Deep-fry sea bass and fries seperately in 165°C oil till golden brown.
- Garnish with mesclun and serve with tartar sauce.
