意大利烘蛋
材料
彩椒3个
羽衣甘蓝1把
西兰花1杯,切碎
鸡蛋或植物蛋液6个
合成奶1杯
盐和胡椒粉少许
精纯初榨橄榄油1大匙
做法
1.把蔬菜切碎,在平底锅中用橄榄油煎3-4分钟,用盐和胡椒调味,放置待用。
2.把鸡蛋搅打均匀,加入合成奶,用盐和胡椒调味。
3.预热烤箱至175°C。
4.用少许橄榄油把烤箱用烤盘上油,加入蔬菜,倒入蛋液,让蛋液均匀淹没蔬菜。
5.放进烤箱烤20分钟至鸡蛋的中心凝固。
6.上桌前放凉。
Frittata
Ingredients
3 peppers mixed colours
1 bunch kale
1 cup broccoil, chopped
6 egg or plant-based eggs
1 cup vegan milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
1.Chop vegetables and cook them for 3-4mins in a pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
2.In a bowl, whisk eggs, add vegan milk and season with salt and pepper.
3.Preheat oven to 175°C.
4.Grease with a bit of olive oil and oven-proof tray, add vegetables and pour over egg mixture. It should cover vegetable to the top.
5.Bake in oven for 20mins or until eggs are set in the middle.
