亚洲风味素肉餐

紫菜包饭
材料
植物肉碎220克
紫菜4张
珍珠米饭400克
纯素蛋液40克
菠菜30克
胡萝卜丝20克
腌萝卜2-3条
盐少许
麻油适量
菜籽油20毫升
装饰料
烤香的芝麻适量
做法
- 在珍珠米饭中加入麻油和盐,搅拌均匀。
- 在平底锅中热油,加入素肉碎翻炒均匀。把菠菜用滚水稍微汆烫,把素食蛋液煎成蛋饼后切丝待用。
- 在寿司用竹垫上放一片紫菜,上面放上适量的米饭,均匀铺好,在紫菜顶部留出3-4厘米的空位。
- 在米饭上放上素蛋丝、炒肉碎、胡萝卜丝、腌萝卜和菠菜,卷成寿司卷,在紫菜末端涂抹适量清水粘好。
- 在表面刷上麻油,撒上芝麻,切片即可。

Ingredients
220g MEAT ZERO Minced Meat
4 sheets seaweed
400g pearl rice
40g vegan egg replacer
30g spinach
20g shredded carrot
2-3 pickled radish
a pinch of salt
some sesame oil
20ml vegetable oil
Topping
some roasted sesame seeds
Methods
- Add sesame oil and salt to rice and mix well.
- Add oil in a pan and stir-fry MEAT ZERO minced meat. Blanch spinach and shred pan-fried vegan egg. Set aside.
- Place a piece of seaweed on sushi shutter and top it with moderate amount of rice spread rice evenly leaving a 3-4cm empty space at the top of seaweed.
- Put shredded vegan egg, MEAT ZERO minced meat, shredded carrot, pickle radish, spinach and roll up. Apply some water to the end of seaweed to stick well.
- Brush sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the roll and cut into pieces.
