蛋皮紫菜卷

材料

植物肉碎220克
纯素蛋液100毫升
紫菜4-5片
糖1小匙
味醂1大匙
日式昆布高汤酱2大匙

做法

  1. 炒锅中加热清油,加入植物肉碎炒香待用。
  2. 在大型搅拌碗中混合纯素蛋液、糖、味醂和昆布高汤酱。
  3. 加热平底锅,加入2小匙清油,转小火,然后浅浅倒一层蛋液混合物,煎至表面出现气泡,在上面铺一片紫菜和一层炒香的植物肉碎。
  4. 用刮刀把蛋皮提起,慢慢开始卷成卷,然后取出,重复上个步骤至肉碎用完,把蛋卷切片盛盘即可。

Golden Seaweed Rolls

Ingredients


220g MEAT ZERO Minced Meat
200ml vegan egg replacer
4-5 pieces seaweed
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp Japanese kombu / shiro dashi sauce

Method

  1. Add oil in wok and stir-fry minced meat. Set aside.
  2. Whisk vegan eggs, sugar, mirin, sashi sauce in a large bowl.
  3. Heat up a pan, add 2 tsp oil and turn to low heat. Add first layer of vegan egg mixture and fry until small bubbles appear on the surface. Place a piece of seaweed and cooked minced meat on it.
  4. Lift vegan egg from the bottom with a spatula and slowly roll up to form a thick roll. Remove it from pan. Repeat to use up minced meat. Slice and serve on plate.
