地方菜食谱
姜葱炒啦啦
材料
花蛤(啦啦)350克
蒜茸10克
姜片5片
洋葱片10克
料酒少许
青葱2棵(切段)
生粉少许
调味料
清水250毫升
蚝油1小匙
胡椒粉½小匙
糖½小匙
黑酱油1小匙
做法
- 把啦啦用滚水煮至壳张开,捞起沥干待用。
- 加热少许清油,把蒜茸、姜片和洋葱炒香,加入料酒和啦啦翻炒均匀。
- 混合调味料,加入锅中翻炒均匀。
- 加入青葱段翻炒均匀后,用生粉勾芡即可。
Ginger Fried Hard Clam
Ingredients
350g hard clams (lala)
10g minced garlic
5 ginger slices
10g sliced onion
some cooking wine
2 stalks spring onion (cut into sections)
some starch
Seasoning
250ml water
1 tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp sugar
2 tsp dark soy sauce
Method
- Cook hard clams in boiling water till shells open. Drain and set aside.
- Heat up oil in a wok. Saute minced garlic, ginger slices and sliced onion till fragrant. Add in cooking wine and hard clams. Toss well.
- Mix Seasoning and add in the wok. Toss well.
- Add spring onion and stir well. Thicken the gravy with starch and serve.
