材料
千层面皮8张
植物肉酱
植物肉碎300克
橄榄油2大匙
洋葱碎1个
西芹条1根
压碎的蒜头2瓣
蘑菇丁100克
番茄浓酱400毫升
无麸质浓缩蔬菜汤块1块
番茄泥1大匙
牛至1小匙
盐调味
胡椒粉适量
芝士酱
牛油25克
面粉25克
班巴拉花生奶300毫升
切达干酪碎100克
做法
- 烤箱预热1800C。
- 在大型煎锅中加热油,加入洋葱和西芹,中火翻炒,不断搅拌约 5分钟,直到蔬菜变软。加入大蒜和蘑菇,再炒2-3分钟。
- 加入番茄浓酱、浓缩蔬菜汤块、番茄泥和香草搅拌均匀,继续煮8-10分钟至蔬菜熟软。
- 加入植物肉碎,小火继续煮5分钟,加入罗勒调味。
- 制作芝士酱:在厚底汤锅中用中火融化牛油,拌入面粉,继续煮2-3分钟。慢慢倒入班巴拉花生奶并不断搅拌,直到形成柔滑的酱汁。加入²/3切达干酪碎,用盐和黑胡椒调味。
- 把2张千层面皮铺在烤盘底,倒上¹/3的植物肉酱,然后重复叠加千层面皮和植物肉酱,在最上面淋上奶酪酱和剩余的干酪碎,放进烤箱烤25分钟成金黄色即可。
World’s best Lasagna
Ingredients
8 lasagne sheets
Plant-based Meat Sauce
300g plant-based minced meat
2 tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 diced celery stick
2 crushed garlic cloves
100g diced mushrooms
400ml tomato passata
1 cube gluten free vegetable stock
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp oregano
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Cheese Sauce
25g butter
25g flour
300ml BamNut M?LK
100g grated cheddar
Method
- Preheat oven at 180ᵒC.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan, add onion and celery. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 5mins until vegetables are softened. Add garlic and mushrooms, stir fry for another 2-3mins.
- Add pasata, vegetable stock, tomato puree and herbs. Stir well. Cook for 8-10mins until vegetables are cooked.
- Stir in plant-based minced meat and continue to cook over low heat for 5mins. Add basil and season to taste.
- To make cheese sauce, melt butter in a heavy based pan over medium heat. Stir in flour and continue to cook for 2-3mins. Gradually add BamNut M?LK, stirring continuously until a smooth sauce is formed. Stir in 2/3 of grated cheddar. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place 2 lasagne sheets in the bottom of an oven proof dish. Cover with 1/3 of plant-based meat sauce. Repeat with the remaining sheets and plant-based meat sauce, top with cheese sauce and sprinkle over the remaining cheese. Bake in the centre of oven for 25mins until golden brown.
