材料

澳大利亚草饲牛肉碎590克
姜蓉2小匙
蒜蓉1小匙
葱2棵,切碎
酱油2小匙
糖1小匙

生菜杯

生菜叶8片
切碎泡菜1/2杯
番茄片适量
芝麻适量

做法

  1. 把牛肉碎和姜蓉、蒜蓉、葱花、酱油和糖混合均匀,做成8个长形肉饼,刷上菜籽油。
  2. 把炭火或烧烤炉预热至中高火,把肉饼每面煎烤3分钟至喜欢的熟度,静置5分钟,用锡箔纸松松地盖好。
  3. 把肉饼放在生菜上,加上适量泡菜调味,加入适量番茄片和少许芝麻一起享用即可。

Korean Aussie Beef Lettuce Cups with Kimchi

Ingredients

590g minced Aussie grassfed beef
2 tsp finely grated ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

Lettuce Cups

8 trimmed iceberg lettuce leaves
½ cup chopped kimchi
tomato slices to taste
sesame seeds to taste

Method

  1. Mix beef with ginger, garlic, spring onion, soy sauce and sugar. Form into 8 long patties and brush with vegetable oil.
  2. Preheat a ridged chargrill or barbeque to moderately high and cook patties for 3mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Set aside to rest for 5mins, covering loosely with foil.
  3. Place patties in lettuce cups and top with kimchi to taste. Serve with tomato slices and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
