澳洲羊肉味噌拉面
材料
澳洲羊腿排680克
水2杯
味噌酱2大匙
葵花籽油1小匙
长豆140克,切成3厘米小段
胡萝卜1条,去皮切条
蘑菇厚片200克
拉面2包(丢掉调味包)
做法
- 在澳洲羊腿排上刷上一半份量的味噌酱,预热涂上少许清油的炭烤盘或烧烤架,把羊排每面烧烤3-4分钟至熟透,放置5分钟后切片。
- 热锅,加入葵花籽油,把长豆、胡萝卜和蘑菇翻炒至变色,加入味噌、水、拉面煮4-5分钟至面条熟软。
- 把面条、蔬菜和汤均匀分盛在碗中,放上羊肉片、葱和辣椒即可。
Aussie lamb Miso Ramen
Ingredients
680g trimmed Aussie lamb leg steaks
2 cups water
2 tbsp miso paste
1 tsp sunflower oil
140g green beans, cut into 3cm lengths
1 each carrot, peeled and cut into batons
200g thickly sliced cremini mushrooms
2 packages ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
Method
- Brush Aussie lamb steaks with half of miso paste, preheat a lightly oiled chargrill pan or BBQ and chargrill Aussie lamb for 3-4mins per side or until cooked to your liking. Rest for 5mins and slice.
- Heat oil in a wok and stir fry beans, carrot and mushrooms until lightly colored. Add miso and 2 cups water, noodles, cook for 4-5mins until noodles are just heated through.
- Divide noodles, vegetables and soup between serving bowls. Top noodles with sliced Aussie lamb, spring onions and chili, if desired.
