材料

新餐肉160克
纯素蛋114克
白米200克
纯素泡菜150克,切碎
胡萝卜1½条,切丁
粟米粒100克
葱50克,切碎
日本/韩国紫菜适量
韩式芝麻适量
油3大匙

调味料

韩式辣酱4小匙
盐2小匙
糖1小匙

做法

  1. 把白米煮熟,放凉备用。
  2. 在平底煎锅中加入1大匙油,用中小火分别把新餐肉和纯素蛋每面煎香1分钟30秒,取出放凉,切丁待用。
  3. 在平底煎锅中加入2大匙油,用中小火分别把胡萝卜和粟米粒炒香至熟软,然后加入泡菜翻炒均匀,加入用1小匙盐和糖调味。
  4. 转小火,加入白饭,轻轻翻拌至饭粒分明,再加入1小匙盐及4小匙韩式辣酱翻拌均匀。
  5. 转至中小火,加入新餐肉粒、纯素蛋及葱花翻炒均匀。
  6. 盛出后缀以日本紫菜碎及韩式芝麻,或以韩国紫菜片包着炒饭吃,更有风味。

OmniMeat Luncheon Kimchi ied Rice

Ingredients

160g OmniMeat Luncheon
114g vegan egg
200g uncooked rice
150g vegan kimchi, chopped
1½ carrot
100g corn kernel
50g spring onion, chopped
some Japanese/Korean nori
some Korean sesame
3 tbsp oil

Seasoing

4 tsp Korean chili paste
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Method

  1. Cook rice, cool down and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, pan-fry OmniMeat Luncheon and vegan egg over medium low heat on each side for 1min30s, leave to cool. Dice when they cool down, set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, pan-fry diced carrot and corn kernel until softened. Stir in vegan kimchi and season with 1 tsp of salt and sugar.
  4. Turn to low heat and stir in white rice until rice grains separate. Add 1 tsp of salt and 4 tsp of Korean chili paste, mix well.
  5. Turn to medium low heat, add OmniMeat Luncheon, vegan egg and spring onion, stir well.
  6. Serve with nori shreds and sesame, or wrap around fried rice with nori. Enjoy!
