材料
70%黑巧克力40克
香草冰淇淋球80克
杏仁碎少许

做法

  1. 把不锈钢盆置于60℃热水中,把巧克力放进不锈钢盆内,隔水慢慢搅拌至巧克力融化。
  2. 把冰淇淋放在盘子中央,把巧克力慢慢淋在冰淇淋上。
  3. 缀以杏仁碎即可。
烹饪小贴士
溶化后的黑巧克力应继续放在热水中防止凝固。

Ingredients
40g 70% dark chocolate
80g vanilla ice cream ball
some almond flakes

Method

  1. Place a stain steel container into 60℃ water. Add chocolate in container and stir until all chocolate melts.
  2. Place ice cream ball at center of plate. Pour chocolate on it slowly.
  3. Garnish with some almond flakes.
Cooking Tips
Keep melted chocolate in hot water to prevent firming.
