Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot Chocolate
- 把不锈钢盆置于60℃热水中,把巧克力放进不锈钢盆内,隔水慢慢搅拌至巧克力融化。Place a stain steel container into 60℃ water. Add chocolate in container and stir until all chocolate melts.
- 把冰淇淋放在盘子中央,把巧克力慢慢淋在冰淇淋上。Place ice cream ball at center of plate. Pour chocolate on it slowly.
材料
70%黑巧克力40克
香草冰淇淋球80克
杏仁碎少许
做法

- 缀以杏仁碎即可。
