脱脂奶粉3杯
糖粉3杯
无糖可可粉1杯
荷兰式可可粉¼杯
玉蜀黍生粉2小匙
香草粉2小匙(可选)
细盐¼小匙

做法

  1. 烤香奶粉:烤箱预热至150°C,在铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上铺一层¼寸厚的奶粉,放进烤箱烤20分钟。如果结块,可用搅拌机把烤好的奶粉打散。
  2. 把所有材料放进食品处理机的大型搅拌碗中,搅打至混合均匀,室温下用密封容器可存放长达4-6个月。
  3. 要喝热巧克力的时候,在马克杯中盛4-6大匙巧克力粉,倒满约1杯热牛奶或热水,缀以棉花糖或鲜奶油即可。

Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients

3 cups nonfat powdered dry milk
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup dutch process cocoa powder
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
¼ tsp fine grained salt

Method

  1. Toast powdered milk: preheat oven to 150°C. Spread powdered milk in a ¼ inch thick layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake in oven for 20mins. If it clumps up, pulse toasted powdered milk in a food processor.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the large bowl of a food processor. Pulse to evenly combine. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-6 months.
  3. To make hot chocolate from the mix, add 4-6 tablespoons of chocolate mix to a mug and fill the rest of the way with about 1 cup of hot milk or hot water. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
