樱桃番茄芝士“瓢虫”沙拉 (8人份)

材料
去核黑橄榄8粒
水牛芝士球4粒,沥干
樱桃番茄8粒,切半
新鲜罗勒叶16片

做法
1.把4粒黑橄榄横切4等分,得到16瓣。把剩余黑橄榄切成小碎块,作为瓢虫身上的半点。
2.把每个芝士球都切成4片。
3.把剖半的樱桃番茄从中间切开一点,做出瓢虫的翅膀。
4.把罗勒叶铺在盘中,每片叶子上都放上1片芝士,然后盖上樱桃番茄。
5.在番茄前端放上黑橄榄,做成瓢虫头部的样子,用橄榄碎做出斑点即可。

Cherry Tomato Ladybirds Sitting on Leaves (serves 8)

Ingredients
8 stoned black olives
4 mozzarella balls, drained
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
16 fresh basil leaves

Method
1.Slice 4 olives into quarters from top to bottom. You should end up with 16 wedges. Cut remaining olives into tiny dice to make the ladybird spots.
2.Slice each mozzarella ball into 4 rounds.
3.Cut a line, through the skin and down the centre, of each halved tomato to make it look as though the ladybirds are spreading their wings.
4.Arrange basil leaves on a plate or board and divide mozzarella slices between them. Sit each tomato half on a mozzarella slice.
5.Put an olive quarter in front of each tomato half to be the head and decorate the ladybird backs with olive dice. Voila! A party of ladybirds.
