葡式香辣烤鸡

烤鸡
英国高福利养殖鸡1只
辣椒香料粉1大匙
盐和胡椒适量
橄榄油适量
配菜
冷冻烤马铃薯800克
烤马铃薯调味粉1大匙
有机番茄1盒
洗净的混合沙拉菜1包
喜欢的沙拉酱适量
做法
- 预热烤箱至风扇模式175°C。
- 在鸡肉表面淋上橄榄油,接着撒上辣椒香料粉、盐和胡椒。
- 在马铃薯上淋上橄榄油,用烤马铃薯调味粉、盐和胡椒调味。
- 在番茄表面淋上橄榄油。
- 把鸡、马铃薯和番茄放在大型烤盘中,放进烤箱烤40分钟。
- 20分钟后把番茄取出,再翻动马铃薯,让它们可以均匀上色。
- 把烤鸡、马铃薯和番茄盛盘,搭配沙拉和酱料享用即可。

Roasted Chicken
1 British Oakham Chicken
1 tbsp Cook With M&S Piri Piri Spice Rub
some salt & pepper
some olive oil
Sides
800g frozen roast potatoes
1 tbsp Cook With M&S Roast Potato Seasoning
1 punnet M&S Organic Claret Tomatoes
1 packet washed salad mix
chioce of salad dressing
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 175°C on convection.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and sprinkle with piri piri spice rub and salt & pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and season with roast potato herb mix and salt & pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes.
- Place chicken, potatoes and tomatoes on a large baking tray and bake in oven for 40mins.
- Remove tomatoes after 20mins and turn potatoes to brown evenly.
- Serve roasted chicken, potatoes and tomatoes with salad and dressing on the side.
