材料

奶油芝士200克
酸奶油150克
香葱15克,切细碎
海盐3克
柠檬汁1小匙
白松露油10毫升
黑胡椒少许

做法

  1. 把奶油芝士软化后和酸奶油拌匀。
  2. 把香葱碎和剩余材料一起拌入混合物中,根据个人喜好调整白松露油的用量,避免加入太多、让味道过重。
  3. 可搭配脆饼或薯片享用。

Truffled Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

200g cream cheese
150g sour cream
15g chives, finely chopped
3g sea salt
1 tsp lemon juice
10ml white truffle oil
dash of black pepper

Method

  1. Soften cream cheese and mix together with sour cream in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir chives into dip with the rest of ingredients. Adjust the amount of truffle oil to your preference, be careful not to add too much that it overpowers the dip.
  3. Serve with a good selection of crackers and chips.
