材料
卷饼皮 8片
培根 200克(切片,1公分长)
猪腰肉 300克(切薄片)
Yeo’s 沙爹酱 1罐(250毫升)
洋葱 100克(切片)
鳄梨 100克(切片)
番茄 100克(切片)
食用油 2汤匙
糖(调味用)

做法
1. 在一个平底锅中,淋上一些油,把培根和猪腰肉煎至褐色。
2. 加入洋葱,炒香1分钟。再加入Yeo’s 沙爹酱。如果太干,可以加一些水。煮5分钟。
3. 用糖调味,再装盘。把炒香后的沙爹培根放在卷饼皮上,加一些番茄和鳄梨,做成卷即可。

Yeo's Satay Sauce

Yeo’s Satay Sauce

Satay Bacon Wraps
Serves 4
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins

Ingredients
8 Pre-made wraps of choice
200g Bacon, sliced into 1cm length
300g Pork loin, sliced thinly
1 Jar Yeo’s Satay Sauce (250ml)
100g Onions, sliced
100g Avocado, sliced
100g Tomato, sliced
2tbsp Cooking oil
Sugar to taste

Method
1. In a medium hot pan, drizzle some oil and brown the bacon and pork loin.
2. Add onions to sauté briefly for 1 min. Add Yeo’s Satay Sauce, add some water if mixture becomes too dry. Let it cook for another 5 mins.
3. Season to taste with some sugar before dishing up. Place the mixture together with tomatoes and avocado on the wraps and roll tightly.
