沙爹酱炒鱼片

沙爹酱炒鱼片
6-8人份

材料
鱼肉 300克
洋葱片 40克
黄瓜片 40克
青葱段 40克
辣椒片 20克
生粉 4汤匙

腌料
Yeo’s 沙爹酱 2汤匙
盐 1/2 茶匙
Yeo’s 香麻油 1茶匙

调味料
Yeo’s 沙爹酱 4汤匙
盐 1/2茶匙
淡奶 6汤匙

做法
1. 将鱼肉切成片,加入调味料腌30分钟待用。
2. 将腌好的鱼片放入锅里,慢火煎至金黄色。捞起。
3. 在热锅内,加少许油。爆香洋葱,加入调味料拌匀,倒入鱼片翻炒均匀。
4. 最后加入黄瓜、辣椒和青葱拌炒均匀即可。

Yeo’s 沙爹酱

Fried Satay Fish
Serves 6-8

Ingredients
300g Fish meat
40g Onion Slice
40g Cucumber slice
40g Spring Onion (sectioned)
20g Chilli (sliced)
4tbsp Starch

Marinade
2tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil

Seasoning
4tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
1/2tsp Salt
6tbsp Evaporated milk

Method
1. Slice the fish meat and marinate it with satay sauce, salt and sesame oil for 30 mins.
2. Pan-fry the marinated fish slices till golden brown. Set aside.
3. Heat the wok and add in some oil, stir-fry the onion and put in the seasoning. Add in the fried fish and stir well.
4. Lastly, put in cucumber, chilli and spring onion. Give it a good mix and it is ready to serve.
