材料

腊肉15克,切碎
腊肠15克,切碎
麻辣香肠15克,切碎
米饭400克
葱花20克
菜油2大匙
盐½克
鸡精粉1克

做法

  1. 加热菜油,加入腊肠、腊肉和麻辣香肠翻炒2分钟。
  2. 加入米饭继续翻炒5分钟,加入盐和鸡精粉调味。
  3. 缀以葱花即可。

Fried Rice with Salted Pork and Sausage

Ingredients

15g salted pork, minced
15g lap cheong, minced
15g spicy sausage, minced
400g rice
20g minced spring onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ g salt
1g chicken powder

Method

  1. Heat up vegetable oil. Add in salted pork, lap cheong and spicy sausage and stir-fry for 2mins.
  2. Add in rice and stir-fry for another 5mins. Season with salt ans chicken powder.
  3. Garnishing with minced spring onion and serve hot.
