爽口拌菜
材料
生菜5克
樱桃番茄3粒,切半
苦苣3克
黄灯笼椒10克,切丁
日本青瓜10克,切丁
樱桃萝卜10克,切丁
紫包菜5克,切丝
调味料
白醋2小匙
白糖1小匙
四川辣椒油2小匙
做法
- 把材料洗净沥干,放入大碗中拌匀。
- 加入调味料拌匀即可。
Refreshing Sichuan Salad
Ingredients
5g lettuce
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
3g endive
10g yellow capsicum, diced
10g Japanese cucumber, diced
10g cherry belle radish, diced
5g red cabbage, shredded
Seasoning
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp Sichuan chilli oil
Method
- Rinse all Ingredients and mix in a large salad bowl.
- Add in Seasoning and toss well.
