材料

牛腰肉300克,切条
洋葱80克,切条
灯笼椒80克,切条
生菜叶少许

酱料

清水250克
番茄酱150克
喼汁40克
OK酸甜调味酱80克
糖100克
酱青10克

做法

  1. 把酱料混合均匀待用。
  2. 加热少许清油,把牛肉煎香待用。
  3. 用剩余的油把洋葱和灯笼椒炒香,重新加入牛肉翻炒均匀。
  4. 加入混合好的酱料翻炒均匀。
  5. 搭配生菜叶享用即可。

Fried Beef Slices with Fruity Sauce

Ingredients

300g beef tenderloin, cut into strips
80g onion, cut into strips
80g capsicum, cut into strips
some lettuce leaves

Sauce

250g water
150g ketch up
40g worcestershire sauce
80g OK fruity sauce
100g sugar
10g light soy sauce

Method

  1. Mix Sauce ingredients evenly. Set aside.
  2. Heat up some oil. Pan-fry beef slices until fragrant. Set aside.
  3. Use remaining oil to pan-fry onion and capsicum until fragrant. Add beef back in and toss well.
  4. Add in Sauce and toss well.
  5. Serve with lettuce leaves.
