名厨母亲节食谱
印尼烤鸡腿
4人份
材料
红葱头50克
香蕉叶1片
叻沙酱1包
去骨鸡腿肉1千克
调味料
椰浆50毫升
烤过的小茴香1大匙
装饰料
芫荽叶和指天椒适量
做法
- 把红葱头、香蕉叶和叻沙酱一起搅打成泥,加入调味料,把鸡肉腌渍入味。
- 把腌好的鸡肉放在烤盘上,在预热至210°C的烤箱中烘烤20分钟。
- 缀以芫荽叶和指天椒即可。
Ayam Panggang
(Malay Style Baked Chicken)
serves 4
Ingredients
50g shallot
1 piece banana leaf
1 packet laksa paste
1kg boneless chicken thigh
Seasoning
50ml coconut milk
1 tsp roasted jintan manis (coriander seeds)
Garnishing
some Chinese coriander and chilli padi
Method
- Blend shallot, banana leaf and laksa paste together into a paste. Marinate chicken with paste and Seasoning.
- Place it on a baking tray and bake in pre-heated oven for 20mins at 210°C.
- Garnish with Chinese coriander and chilli padi.
